Project enquiries

When you submit our contact form, we use your name, email address, optional organisation and message to respond to your enquiry. The form uses an email delivery provider (Mailgun), and enquiries are received in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Technical checks such as abuse prevention may process request information, including IP addresses. Please do not include passwords or confidential credentials.

Google Ads measurement

We use Google Ads to understand visits and successful enquiries related to advertising. In New Zealand, advertising measurement is enabled by default. In other regions, Google Consent Mode defaults to denied for advertising storage and advertising user data. Google may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals when consent is denied. We do not intentionally send contact-form fields, including your name, email address or message, with our conversion events.

Google may use cookies and browser identifiers where permitted and may process information outside New Zealand. See Google's Privacy Policy for more details.

We do not display automatic consent banners. If you would like to turn off advertising measurement for this browser, select Advertising preferences in the footer and choose Turn off. You can also explicitly allow it there. Your selection is stored in this browser. Turning off measurement reloads the page and stops future tag activity; it cannot retract information previously received by Google or automatically delete cookies already stored. You can clear cookies through your browser settings.
